Get comfortable with AI
Learn what AI can help with, how to write a clear prompt and how to check its answer. We start with an everyday task and add useful background, such as your audience and examples.
You take away: a prompt you’ve tested on your own work, and a way to improve the answer.
Keep explaining the same things to AI? Bring a recurring task. We’ll bring your instructions, brand voice and examples together in a reusable skill or setup that fits your tool.
You take away: a first version you’ve tested, with a clear idea of what to improve next.
We choose the depth and tools together. You don’t need to code.

Working with AI as a team
Using AI together takes a few shared habits. We can include these in your introduction or upskill training, using your team’s own tools and policies.
01Agree how you use AI.Clear agreements on tools, information and responsibilities.Explore team agreements
We work through which information belongs in which tool, who checks the output and when to ask a colleague. Your existing policies are the starting point.
You take away: shared working agreements your team can put into practice.
02Share skills and plugins.Help colleagues use what you’ve built, without starting from scratch.Explore sharing & access
Practise documenting a skill, sharing it through the options your tool supports and helping a colleague use it. We look at access, ownership and keeping the shared version up to date.
You take away: a first shared skill or setup, with instructions for your colleagues.
03Keep improving together.Test the result, collect feedback and keep what works.Explore quality & feedback
Use a real task to agree what a good result looks like. Practise reviewing the output and improving the instructions together, so useful feedback ends up in the next version.
You take away: a simple routine for reviewing and improving your team’s AI work.
Absolutely. You don’t need to code or know the terminology. We start with a task you recognise and practise together. Tell me if your team has mixed levels so I can prepare for that.
What do you mean by context and skills?
Context is the background AI needs: who you’re writing for, your examples and what a good result looks like. A reusable skill brings instructions and supporting material together for a recurring task. The way we set it up depends on the tool you use.
Can we use our own tools?
Yes. We’ll agree on the tools and access beforehand. We can work in Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, or compare them if that’s what your team needs.
Can you tailor the exercises?
That’s the idea. We’ll choose tasks your team recognises and agree what material they can bring. Let me know any restrictions before the session.
Can we join online or outside the Netherlands?
Both. I’m based in the Netherlands and available for international in-person training, as well as online sessions. Share your location and preferred format when you get in touch.
How long is a training?
We’ll choose the length together based on the topic, experience and time you have. Share those details when you get in touch.
